The Honourable Phuong T.V. Ngo is a Justice of the Federal Court of Canada, appointed effective September 26, 2023. Before her appointment, she was a Gowling WLG partner in Ottawa and leader of the firm's Procurement Law Practice Group. Her practice included public procurement, administrative and regulatory law, procurement disputes, medical defence, health law, civil litigation and privacy.
