Natalie Munroe is Chief, AI & Legal Operations, our internal incubator for innovation at the firm. It delivers enterprise and transactional practice group solutions. Osler Works – Transactional is Osler’s in-house alternative legal service provider for complex transactions. It is focused on providing high quality work at a lower price by combining the team’s expert legal knowledge of complex transactions with cutting-edge processes and technologies that improve efficiencies and offer a host of business advantages. Legal Operations drives forward the practice and enterprise initiatives that improve the day-to-day experience and keep Osler a market leader.

In the early part of her career, she was a corporate associate with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York and London followed by a few years of practice with Osler. She advised domestic and foreign companies on mergers and acquisitions, securities law matters and general corporate matters.
