Marissa’s practice covers many areas of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on the energy, financial services, and infrastructure sectors. She has worked on a variety of complex transactions related to public-private partnerships, project financings of major renewable energy projects, acquisitions and sales of large energy and infrastructure projects, syndicated credit facilities and partnering agreements.
