Marie Rounding is a Toronto-based corporate director and retired lawyer. She formerly served as counsel in Gowling's National Energy and Infrastructure Group and advised on energy, infrastructure, regulatory, administrative and health sciences matters; she previously chaired the Ontario Energy Board and served as President and CEO of the Canadian Gas Association.
