Hannah is an associate in Osler’s Disputes Department with specialized expertise in health advocacy. Hannah provides strategic legal advice and representation to hospitals, other health service providers and private companies in the health industry on all matters relating to health care in Canada.

Hannah’s broad practice includes advocacy and regulatory work in the areas of privileges/credentialing (including appearances before hospital boards and the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board), risk management, assisted reproductive technology, health privacy (including appeals to the Information and Privacy Commissioner), access to information, mental health (including appearances before the Consent and Capacity Board), professional regulation and Coroner’s Inquests. Hannah is also co-Chair of Osler’s Women Lawyers’ Network and a member of Osler’s national Health and Safety Committee.
