Overview

Eric Morgan is a Toronto partner at Kushneryk Morgan LLP and a qualified arbitrator. His practice covers corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration, securities and regulatory enforcement, special situations, internal investigations, risk management, professional liability, and shareholder and governance disputes. Eric has appeared as counsel before the Supreme Court of Canada, at every level of court in Ontario, in courts in British Columbia, Alberta, and New Brunswick, and in commercial and investment-treaty arbitrations and mediations. He also advises on anti-corruption and risk-management matters. Eric previously practised in Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP's litigation department, directly confirming the legacy-firm connection. Earlier in his career he worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London and completed secondments with the Bank of England and Barclays Bank. He qualified in England and Wales in 2010 and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2011.
