Overview

Eric Choi is a partner in Stikeman Elliott's Real Estate Group in Toronto. He advises on commercial property acquisitions and dispositions, financing, development, joint ventures and co-ownership arrangements, and leasing. His clients include real estate owners, developers, asset and property managers, financial institutions, publicly traded real estate companies, institutional owners and investors, and major Canadian REITs. Eric's experience covers industrial, office, retail, mixed-use, and residential assets. His representative work includes major office-tower acquisitions, large public-company real estate transactions, joint ventures involving industrial portfolios, property-secured financings, and leasing and subleasing matters. Before joining Stikeman Elliott, he was a real estate partner at another national Canadian firm. Eric is admitted in Ontario and belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers, and the Korean Canadian Lawyers Association. He holds a JD from the University of Toronto and a Doctor of Pharmacy.
