Overview

Dom Glavota is a senior lawyer in Gowling WLG's Toronto and Hamilton offices, practising financing, real estate and restructuring and insolvency law. Dom is an executive member of the firm's Financial Services Industry Group. Dom has worked with Gowling WLG's Practice Innovation Group to develop, implement and refine new models for the efficient delivery of legal services for loan documentation and recovery of defaulted loans. Dom leads a team that oversees the recovery of a large portfolio of defaulted commercial loans across Canada through the use of a sophisticated portfolio management software system and work process designs.
