Christopher is a senior litigation partner in the Disputes, White Collar Defence and Competition/Antitrust and Foreign Investment Groups at Osler. He is recognized by his peers as a leading trial and appellate lawyer in Canada in class action defence, regulatory and criminal enforcement and cross-border litigation.
Christopher is the leader of Osler’s competition litigation and investigation practice. He is also a key contact for the firm’s Class Action Defence Group, and he has acted as lead counsel in a number of the most significant class proceedings across Canada covering claims of anticompetitive conduct, securities violations, insider trading, oppression and derivative claims, misleading advertising, product liability, privacy claims, as well as negligence and fraud.
