Overview

Alexis Beale is the founder of Rosemount Law and a Toronto commercial litigator with more than ten years of experience. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial disputes, and she frequently appears before Ontario's Commercial List. She has also advocated at every level of court. Before founding Rosemount, Alexis developed her litigation practice in the litigation department of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, directly connecting her current official profile to the legacy record. She is admitted to the Ontario bar and has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for corporate and commercial litigation. Alexis also participates as volunteer duty counsel in the Capital Markets Tribunal Litigation Assistance Program and belongs to The Advocates' Society. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge, where she was a Commonwealth Trust Scholar.
