Adam is a partner in the firm’s Privacy and Data Management and Employment and Labour groups. Adam has extensive experience advising clients regarding provincial and federal privacy legislation and complaints made to privacy regulators, and has acted as lead counsel through federal and provincial inquiries and investigations.

Adam also assists clients in standing up privacy and data security programs, conducting tabletop training, and in responding to ransomware, cybersecurity and other privacy and data related incidents. He is a Certified Information and Privacy Professional with the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
