Overview

Mark is a relentless advocate for injury victims, driven by a commitment to helping people navigate life’s toughest challenges. Known for his compassion, attention to detail, and hands-on approach, he guides clients with clarity and care while fighting tirelessly to achieve the results they deserve.

His practice covers the full spectrum of personal injury law, including motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall injuries, long-term disability (LTD) disputes, occupiers’ and social host liability, medical malpractice, assault claims, product liability, and denied out-of-country OHIP coverage.

Born and raised in Oakville, Mark earned an Honours Specialization in Political Science from Western University in 2008 before completing his law degree at Dalhousie University in 2011. He articled with Ross & McBride, was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012, and became a Partner at the firm in 2020.

Recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 award winner in 2023, Mark is also actively engaged in the Hamilton legal community. He is Past President of the Hamilton Lawyers Club, Chair of the Fund Advisory Committee for the Lawyers’ Legacy for Children / Ray Harris Fund, and a former Ontario Bar Association Council Member for the Central South region. He is also an active member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.

Outside the office, Mark can often be found on the hockey rink or keeping up with his two energetic young boys.
