Hassan is a partner in the firm’s business law, real estate law, and charities and not-for-profit practice groups.

Hassan’s business law practice involves advising clients on the purchase and sale of businesses, financing transactions for both lenders and borrowers, corporate reorganizations, as well as a wide range of corporate and commercial contractual matters. He also works closely with charities and not-for-profit organizations, advising boards and leadership teams on governance, structuring, regulatory compliance, and strategic matters.

Hassan’s real estate law practice includes acting for developers and municipalities in land-use planning matters, buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate transactions, and landlords and tenants in commercial leasing arrangements.

With a diverse and integrated practice, Hassan brings a practical, informed, and solutions-oriented perspective to complex legal issues, allowing him to support clients across multiple sectors.
