Overview

Jenn provides in-depth analysis and strategic advice to support the Firm’s health law, professional regulation, administrative and constitutional law, and commercial litigation practices, including in domestic and international arbitrations. Through rigorous legal research, practical recommendations, and persuasive written advocacy, she helps deliver effective solutions for clients facing complex challenges.

A recent highlight was contributing to a high-profile external review for a leading university, where Jenn conducted investigative work and co-authored a comprehensive published report.

With particular experience and interest in matters involving the health care sector, she collaborates with colleagues to advise health care institutions on litigation and risk management. Jenn also assists regulated health professionals — including physicians, nurses, and other health care practitioners — on matters ranging from licence applications and renewals to regulatory investigations, disciplinary proceedings, fitness-to-practice issues, workplace challenges, and practice transitions. She and her colleagues strive to ensure that clients understand their regulatory obligations and can effectively mitigate professional risks.

A past recipient of the CBA Nova Scotia Constance R. Glube Spirit Award and the Zöe Odei Young Lawyers Award, Jenn is active in the community, with a strong passion for the arts and a longstanding commitment to reproductive rights advocacy.
