Working with professional associations in the defence of medical malpractice claims, and with insurers and businesses in the defence of other professional negligence claims and liability matters, Jennifer has helped her clients navigate complex and multi-party claims and settlement negotiations through litigation and mediation. She works hard to protect her clients and help them avoid and minimize claims and payouts. Jennifer understands that the law is only one aspect of the issues that face clients, and that pragmatic, strategic advice and solutions are essential.
