Chris practices corporate and commercial law, and thrives in seeing how fundamental concepts from different areas of law can be combined to create new approaches to legal tasks that benefit clients. Chris brings this approach to his practice in mergers & acquisitions, corporate law (for profit and not-for-profit), estates and trusts planning and administration, pensions and benefits advice, and securities distributions and investment industry advice. Chris works with business owners, professionals, high net worth families, investment management companies, and pensions and benefits administrators. Chris also works with corporate management, in-house counsel and other law firms as agent counsel.
Chris received an Osgoode Certificate in Pension Law and has his Trust & Estate Practitioner designation. The TEP designation is an internationally recognized hallmark of professional expertise in trusts and estates.
