Brittany’s practice includes: Providing representation and support in interest-based negotiations between Crown and Indigenous governments; Advising boards in relation to governing legislation, fiduciary obligations and best practices in governance; Supporting professional associations and regulatory bodies in relation to disciplinary complaints; Implementing immigration strategies for corporations and individuals including assisting with related applications such as work permits, permanent residency and Labour Market Impact Assessments; and Guiding employers on their responsibilities and compliance obligations when hiring and employing foreign workers.
