Overview

Kevin Kiley is the Managing Partner of McInnes Cooper, a leading law firm in Canada and among the 25 largest in the country. As Chief Executive Officer, he leads an integrated team of over 500 people across seven offices in key economic centers in the region.

Recognized by Atlantic Business Magazine as a Top 50 CEO in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025—and inducted into the Top 50 CEO Hall of Fame in 2025—Kevin was also named Managing Partner of the Year at the 2024 Canadian Law Awards.

Kevin provides strategic advice and representation to businesses of all sizes in commercial disputes. He acts for financial institutions on enforcement and insolvency matters; advises investment dealers and advisors on regulatory and securities issues; and represents owners, construction managers, contractors and subcontractors in construction matters.

Active in the profession and his community, Kevin has served in executive roles with the Canadian Bar Association at the provincial and national levels and supports a range of non-profit and community organizations.
