Overview

Crystal is our Manager, Associate Development and Legal Resource Management. Crystal worked in private sector sales and customer service management before attending law school. She spent 10 years focused on labour and employment, litigation and dispute resolution advice and representation as both an Associate and as a Partner with McInnes Cooper. Crystal subsequently acted as Counsel to McInnes Cooper for two years. In 2013, she became McInnes Cooper’s first Legal Content Editor. In 2025, Crystal assumed the new role of Manager, Associate Development and Legal Resource Management. She works closely with Associates and others in the firm to support Associate career development in all respects, and to drive the effective and efficient allocation of Associate resources to benefit our clients.
