Overview

Victor Goldberg, KC is Senior Counsel in the Halifax office, practicing in the areas of corporate & commercial law, real estate, insolvency, and commercial and criminal litigation. He holds a BA from Dalhousie University, a law degree from the University of Toronto, and a Masters of Law degree in corporate law and criminology from King’s College University of London. He was admitted to the Nova Scotia Bar in 1978 and appointed to the King’s Counsel (formerly Queen’s Counsel) in 2018.

Victor is an active member of his community. He currently serves on the Board of the Canadian Jewish Law Association, as an Honorary Board Member of the Canadian Jewish Political Affairs Committee, and the Boards of the Atlantic Jewish Council and the Atlantic Jewish Foundation. He is a Trustee of the TEMA Foundation, is past Chair of the Board of Trustees for the QEII Foundation, and is past President of the Canadian Bridge Federation. Victor also recently received the 2026 Community Service Award from the Canadian Bar Association – NS Chapter .
