Civil Litigation: Rick practices in the area of civil litigation with primary emphasis in the areas of employment law, personal injury, insurance and expropriation law.

During his practice he has appeared before the Labour & Employment Board Expropriation Advisory Officer, Provincial Court of Queen’s Bench of New Brunswick in the Probate, Family and Trial Divisions.
