Overview

Ben is an award-winning business lawyer and advisor who provides practical solutions and advice to individuals, corporations, financial institutions and public sector clients. Ben’s clients rely on him for efficient deal execution and problem solving. He provides support on a wide variety of matters, including purchases and sales of businesses, equity and debt financings, governance matters, shareholder disputes and succession planning. Ben also routinely acts on real estate transactions, both commercial and residential.

Ben is a 2025 Lexpert Rising Star (Leading Lawyer under 40) and the “Lawyer of the Year (2026)” for Corporate Law in Charlottetown, as awarded by Best Lawyers.

Ben is actively involved in the management of the Firm, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer for Cox & Palmer’s offices in Prince Edward Island, and also as the chair of the firm’s Regional Operations Committee.
