Aaron is a trusted advisor to his select clients and assists them in achieving their immediate and long-term goals. Aaron, and the members of his team, provide advice and support in connection with a broad range of corporate, commercial, tax and estate planning matters including:

Aaron is a member of the board of directors of the Fredericton International Airport Authority and is chair of the FIAA’s Governance Committee.

He has been recognized by his peers as a leading practitioner in Corporate Commercial, Banking, Finance and Real Estate Law. He is registered with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office as a trademark agent, is an Accredited Director (ICSA) and is an award-winning instructor having taught law & corporate governance at the University of New Brunswick (MBA).

Outside of the office, Aaron enjoys cycling, wake surfing, hiking and spending quality time with family and friends.

Aaron obtained his Law degree and his Master’s in Business Administration degree from the University of New Brunswick in 2001.

Aaron routinely delivers lectures and presentations with respect to corporate governance and corporate commercial law.
