Remo has spent his entire career advising a wide variety of business clients in all areas of corporate and commercial law. He has extensive experience in the acquisition and disposition of businesses, preparation and negotiation of agreements, financing, secured transactions and shareholder dispute resolutions. Remo has also gained extensive experience in connection with commercial real property matters including purchases, dispositions, financing and development matters. He regularly provides advice to non-profit organizations.
Passionate about fully understanding his clients’ businesses, goals and needs, Remo proactively identifies issues before they become problematic and is committed to assisting his clients by providing strategic, thoughtful and effective counsel.
