Overview

Patrick has appeared before the Manitoba Court of Queen’s Bench and the Manitoba Court of Appeal. In addition, Patrick has assisted clients with mediations and arbitrations, and appeared before numerous adjudicative bodies in Manitoba, including Small Claims Court, the Land Value Appraisal Commission, the Residential Tenancies Branch and the Residential Tenancies Commission (appeal division).
Commercial litigation: works frequently with small to mid-sized businesses to assist with commercial disputes as they arise;
Insurance: represents clients and insurance companies in a wide variety of insurance-related disputes.
Personal injury: represents clients for all types of personal injury matters, including slip and fall and medical malpractice.
Estate litigation – committeeships, trusts, and estates: frequently represents committees, trustees committees and executors of estates to assist with applications to Court and estate accounting obligations, including and passing of accounts.
Patrick was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers™ in Canada 2026 in the fields of Corporate and Commercial Litigation and Personal Injury Litigation
