Overview

Jessica practices exclusively in the areas of family law and child protection. She has extensive training and experience in these areas, with particular knowledge in adoptions, guardianships, grandparent access, inter-jurisdictional family law, and fertility matters. Jessica has appeared at all levels of Court in Manitoba and is a strong advocate for her clients while maintaining a responsive and understanding relationship with them. Jessica is actively involved in the Family Law section of the Manitoba Bar Association and is a member of the Court of Queen’s Bench Child Protection Sub Committee. She also teaches advocacy to law students at Robson Hall and sits on her community daycare Board.
