Overview

Jason is an experienced trial lawyer and legal advisor. His practice primarily consists of representation of local, regional and national clientele in complex commercial, insurance, regulatory and construction matters. He has appeared at all levels of Court in Manitoba as well as the Federal and Tax Courts of Canada. He also regularly acts in commercial arbitration matters and has appeared before various statutory Boards and Tribunals. Jason was selected as Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America in 2024.
