Jack’s practice focuses on the area of Corporate and Commercial Law, working with businesses across Manitoba to offer services that include primarily commercial acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing and investment transactions so you grow and develop your business as you see fit.
Jack understands business and banking to help you navigate the complex, multi-part negotiations involved in commercial real estate transactions. Apart from developing contracts for purchase or leasing of commercial property, Jack helps his clients negotiate and finalize all financial matters so you can confidently make decisions regarding your business’ milestone activities.
