Overview

Born and raised in Winnipeg, Deryk attended the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1997. He practices in the areas of civil litigation (including employment law and collections), real estate, corporate law and estate administration.

Deryk is proud to represent local individuals and small to medium-sized businesses with a common sense approach tailored to each company. He enjoys working with clients in a collaborative, informal manner designed to achieve the best results for his clients.

Deryk has appeared in all levels of Court in Manitoba of behalf of his clients, including the Court of Appeal. Deryk has also appeared extensively across Canada in the Tax Court of Canada.

In real estate conveyancing and estate administration matters, Deryk enjoys meeting with every individual client and appreciates that the file is of great importance to his clients.

Deryk is a proud husband and father of three children. He is a member of the Board of St. John Brebeuf School, and a member of the Manitoba Bar Association. In his spare time, Deryk enjoys playing hockey and golf and spending time with his family and friends.
