Dan’s practice is focused mainly on Corporate and Commercial Law, Financial Services, Commercial Real Estate and Mortgage Sales & Foreclosures. Dan works in a broad range of subject areas, including share and asset purchase and sale transactions, secured financing transactions, commercial real estate, shareholder and partnership agreements, commercial leasing and contracts, to name a few.
