Allan has been in continuous private law practice since 1975. He has had many years of court room experience in criminal, family and civil litigation cases. He has appeared in all levels of trial and appellate courts in Manitoba, the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as in many administrative tribunals, on a wide variety of cases. His practice has included litigating lengthy and complex criminal, contract and tort cases.
