Overview

Alex has practiced exclusively in the area of family law since his call to the bar in 2015. He has a keen understanding of the financial and emotional toll that separation, divorce, and child custody negotiations can have on everyone involved. He skillfully and respectfully guides his clients through all matters of family law, including prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, divorce, child custody, property, support, and domestic contracts. His goal is to always seek a mutually beneficial outcome for all parties whenever and wherever possible.
He is a respected and accomplished advocate for his clients and is well versed in both arbitration and mediation. Alex is also skilled as a litigator when court is necessary.
He has a particular interest in and is often sought after for his experience involving divorces with complex financial issues of high net worth, as well as cases that deal with trusts, forensic auditing, accounting, and business valuations.
Outside of his busy practice, Alex is involved in the Family Law Section of the Manitoba Bar Association (MBA). He enjoys sharing his knowledge and experiences on life, studies and career as a mentor for the MBA Mentorship Program.
