Overview

Kylie practices exclusively in Family Law assisting her clients with the full spectrum of issues that arise on family breakdown, including property division, divorce, child and spousal support, and parenting arrangements. Kylie is experienced in resolving disputes through the Court process and has appeared on behalf of her clients in the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the British Columbia Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal. Kylie is also experienced in settlement negotiations and is regularly retained to assist her clients in negotiating separation agreements and parenting arrangements.

Kylie’s approach is always to find the most cost-effective resolution, while ensuring that her client’s rights and interests are protected. Kylie believes that a critical part of her job is to arm her clients with the information necessary to make informed decisions at every step. She prides herself on being creative and innovative and finding the best resolution to fit each client’s particular needs.
