Allyson Edwards is a senior litigation partner at Nixon Wenger LLP. She maintains a broad general civil litigation practice with areas of focus including health law, including regulatory matters and professional negligence claims, administrative law, employment as well injury and sexual assault claims.

Allyson acts on behalf of large institutional clients, professionals and individuals. She appears frequently before the British Columbia Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and the BC Human Rights Tribunal.

Allyson is a keen litigator but adopts a pragmatic approach in order to keep clients out of the courtroom whenever possible.
