Overview

William Wu is a partner in McMillan LLP's Competition, Antitrust & Foreign Investment group in Toronto. He has assisted on competition and policy matters through the American Bar Association's Section of Antitrust Law, testified before the House of Commons standing committee on industry, science and technology regarding the Competition Act and teaches competition law as an adjunct instructor at Queen's University Faculty of Law. He is active in the leadership of the Canadian Bar Association's National Competition Law Section. Earlier in his career, he was an associate in Stikeman Elliott LLP's Toronto office.
