Overview

William A. Scott was a partner in Stikeman Elliott LLP's Corporate Group and a senior member of its Structured Finance and Financial Products Group. He practised primarily in structured finance, derivatives, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions and previously practised in the firm's London, Budapest and Singapore offices. He was a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association and served as President of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.
