Overview

Weihe Feng is Deputy General Counsel at Power Sustainable, where he leads the legal team supporting the firm's investment platforms and corporate activities. Before joining Power Sustainable, he practised at an international law firm on cross-border M&A and capital-markets transactions across Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia. He holds law degrees from McGill University and is a member of the Quebec and New York Bars.
