Victor Gerchikov is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Group of the Vancouver office.
Victor's practice is focused on securities and corporate law, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate governance matters. In addition, Victor represents issuers and underwriters in equity offerings and advises public companies with respect to securities law compliance and stock exchange regulations.
