Overview

Vicky Berthiaume is a partner in BCF's litigation group who practices civil and commercial litigation and administrative litigation. She represents private and public-sector clients, including Crown corporations, real-estate developers, construction contractors and health and social-services organizations. Her work includes complex technical disputes, expropriation, class actions against the state, public-contract integrity and compliance, and appearances before Quebec courts, the Supreme Court of Canada and the Administrative Tribunal of Quebec.
