Overview

The Honourable Vanessa Rochester is a judge of the Federal Court of Appeal. Before her judicial appointment, she practised predominantly in maritime and transportation law, worked with Professor William Tetley, and spent most of her career in Norton Rose Fulbright's Montréal office; she also practised in London and Singapore on complex multijurisdictional disputes.
