Vanessa Johnson is counsel in McCarthy Tetrault's national Business Law Group, based in Vancouver. Her practice focuses on banking and financial services regulatory matters, including compliance requirements for payments and banking services, Payments Canada and Interac bylaws, rules and regulations, and other legal and regulatory requirements applicable to financial institutions and participants in the Canadian payments ecosystem. Before joining McCarthy Tetrault, she was senior legal counsel with a large financial institution.
