Vanessa Beamish was an associate in Stikeman Elliott's Banking & Finance and Project Development & Finance Groups. Her practice focused primarily on secured and unsecured lending and debt financing, advising borrowers, lenders and lending syndicates on domestic and cross-border financing, including private acquisition financing, debtor-in-possession financing, asset-based lending and project financing.
