Trent Mercier is Vice-President and General Counsel at Condor Energies. He specializes in international resource project transactions and public-private investment law and has advised operating companies, supply companies, financial institutions and governments on resource projects in more than 25 countries. He was previously a partner at Stikeman Elliott and Norton Rose Fulbright and has taught International Petroleum Transactions at the University of Calgary.
