Overview

Tom Koutoulakis practices corporate and securities law, focusing on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He advises public companies and their boards of directors, as well as investment dealers, on securities-law compliance and corporate governance. His experience spans the REIT, technology, life sciences and finance sectors, and he is also an author and lecturer. He was admitted to the Ontario bar in 1993.
