Todd Bissett is a lawyer and CEO at Pulse Law. Before founding Pulse Law in 2025, he practiced as a partner at major firms in Canada, the United States and internationally for more than two decades. Licensed in California and Ontario, he advises emerging companies, investors, buyers and sellers on formations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, complex business combinations and cross-border transactions, with experience spanning technology, financial services, manufacturing and other industries.
