Tina Mtshiya is the founding lawyer and owner of TCM LAW. She has more than a decade of experience in trial advocacy and dispute resolution as a personal injury, immigration and housing co-operatives lawyer. She has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench and the Federal Court of Appeal, and has handled mediation and judicial dispute resolution matters.
