Overview

Shaun Parekh is Counsel in Miller Thomson's Toronto office and practises in financial services, structured finance and securitization. He began at Miller Thomson advising major banks, lenders and borrowers on local and international secured lending, then served as Vice President and Legal Counsel at a global credit-rating agency, where he assigned ratings for private and public securitizations, assets, credits and project finance and authored methodologies. He now advises on securitizations, structured finance, equipment financing and traditional lending, and participates in industry panels. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2015.
