Overview

Shahdin Farsai practises at Sabey Rule in Kelowna, focusing on estate litigation and dispute resolution. Her work includes contentious passing of accounts, undue influence, incapacity, wills variation, estate planning, estate administration and rectification. She previously practised commercial and civil litigation at a national firm and has appeared before all levels of British Columbia courts. She clerked for six judges of the British Columbia Supreme Court in 2015-2016, earned an MPP from Simon Fraser University and graduated cum laude in law from the University of Ottawa.
