As chair of our research team, Rowan Weaver conducts research and prepares opinions and factums for clients and other lawyers in our Canadian offices. She has a multi-disciplinary practice providing strategic advice, complex opinions, and legal arguments in all areas of the firm’s practice. Rowan has participated in major transactions and litigation, including judicial reviews, commercial arbitrations, restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, patent litigation, and corporate and securities proceedings in connection with our special situations practice. Prior to joining us, Rowan served as a clerk to the Justices of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
