For more than 25 years, Ron has assisted both public and private companies meet their business objectives by delivering legal services effectively and efficiently. Clients value his ability to present practical solutions rather than simply providing a recitation of the law. Ron’s experience includes public company regulatory compliance, equity and debt financings, stock exchange listings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general business law matters.

Ron grew up in Mississauga, Ontario and attended law school at The University of British Columbia. He has been active over the years in various capacities with his children’s sports teams.
